Fill out the form below within the arbitration window for your issue type. Be specific and attach what you have.

Step 02

We review

Our arbitration desk reviews the claim against the announcement, condition report, and post-sale inspection. We'll be in touch within one business day.

Step 03

Resolution

Repair credit, return, or denial, we work it out. Most arbitrations resolve within 48 hours of submission.

Before you submit:

Please review the NAAA Guidelines before submitting. UAX reserves the right to add a $100 Closed Arbitration Fee for invalid claims.

Eligibility: 10 years and newer only, under 150,000 miles, and sale price greater than $3,000.
